Information Security Incident

An information security incident refers to any event or occurrence that compromises or threatens the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of information resources, including but not limited to personal data.

You can either give us a call or email us on info@kafico.co.uk and one of our team will be ready to support you!

We also have a self service option which can help you deal promptly with the most common incidents we see.

Steps

1. Complete the Self Service Incident Form

2. This will identify common incidents and may provide you with an outcome that you can simply file and relax, knowing there is no further action!

3. If there are aggravating or complex factors, it will whiz the information through to our team who will get right on the case and reach out to you.

4. When the issue is resolved, you can request a final report and this will be sent to you, for your files.
